Once you have submitted an online order, you cannot make any changes. This includes the following types of requests:
- Changing address
- Adding a promo code after completing an order
- Cancelling your order
Email order
If you have placed an order via email within the last 24-48 hours, there might still be an opportunity to make changes or cancel your order.
