We accept official purchase orders from Schools and School Districts. We also accept official purchase orders from resale customers who have an established line of credit with our finance team.
Schools and School Districts
Purchase orders must include the following.
- Complete bill to name and address, including email and phone contact information.
- Complete ship to name and address, including email and phone contact information.
- ISBN, title, quantity and price of books being ordered.
- Shipping costs, US standard shipping is currently $5.95 for the first unit and $1.00 for each additional unit.
- Taxation is calculated based upon your ship to location's current tax regulations.
If your institution is tax-exempt, please provide a copy of a valid exemption certificate. We will update your account accordingly, ensuring that sales tax is not applied to your orders.
We are not able to accept orders or provide order fulfillment information through electronic signature and digital transaction management tools.
Completed purchase orders should be emailed to order@corwin.com
Resale Customers
In order to accept purchase orders from resale customers, you must have established an account and a line of credit with us. If you have not already established an account with us, and would like to set up a resale account, please see "How can I set up a new account to place Corwin book orders?"
Purchase orders must include the following:
- Complete bill to name and address, including email and phone contact information.
- Complete ship to name and address, including email and phone contact information.
- ISBN, title, quantity and price of books being ordered.
Shipping costs will billed at time of dispatch and are based upon freight weight and ship to location.
Taxation is calculated based upon your ship to location's current tax regulations. If you are tax-exempt, please provide a copy of a valid exemption certificate. We will update your account accordingly, ensuring that sales tax is not applied to your orders.
