- Bill to name and address
- Ship to name and address
- A copy of your tax exempt certificate (if applicable)
- Product Title, ISBN and Quantity
- Promotional Code (if applicable)
Upon receiving your request, we will process the quotation and email a copy to you. Please note that it can take up to 5-7 business days to receive your quote. If you need your quotation sooner, please call our Customer Service team.
