Can I make a change to my order?

Online order

If you have already submitted an online order, you are unable to make changes. This applies to the following requests:

  • Changing address
  • Adding a promo code after completing an order
  • Cancelling your order


Email order

If you have submitted an order via email within the last 24-48 hours, there may still be time to make changes or cancel your order.
