To qualify for tax exemption, a valid tax exemption certificate must be on file in your account. Once this is provided, we will then be able to remove the tax from your invoice.
To have the tax removed from your invoice, please follow these instructions:
- Once your order has been processed, wait until you receive an invoice
- Send your tax exemption certificate to books.claims@sagepub.com along with a copy of your invoice.
- We will facilitate a refund of the charged tax if needed.
- When validated, your tax exemption certificate will be added to your account. Future online orders may display taxes at checkout, but tax charges will not be billed to your account.
