PubEasy or PubNet: Which is best for you?
Some smaller retailers can satisfy their direct ordering needs with PubEasy alone. However, if you have an EDI-capable Point of Sale (POS) system and want to order from many suppliers, then PubNet will be an invaluable add-on for you. PubNet users can still use PubEasy to check price, availability, and order status through a secure website. Many retailers use both.
PubEasy
What is PubEasy?
PubEasy is a free online service that connects booksellers with their preferred publishers. It offers a streamlined ordering system with a user-friendly interface, simplifying the process of checking price, availability, and placing and monitoring orders. PubEasy provides a secure and convenient platform, offering flexibility in ordering according to your schedule while reducing the need to contact multiple publishers.

PubNet
What is PubNet?
PubNet is an Electronic Data Interchange Value Added Network (EDI VAN) which facilities book purchases from a network of publishers to a community of retailers using established submission protocol, automating the transmission of purchase orders, order acknowledgements, shipping notifications and invoices, directly from a point-of-sale system to publisher's fulfillment systems.
How do I get started with PubNet?
First verify that you are utilizing a compatible POS system, by viewing the list on this webpage.
Setting up is fast and easy: Begin by filling out the PubNet Registration Form.
Following a one-time setup fee of $75.00, PubNet becomes freely accessible to booksellers.
