What is the refund policy for Corwin events?

The refund policy is specific for each event and can be found within your registration confirmation email.  


What is the refund policy for Corwin events?

  • In-person onsite events: Full refunds will be processed for all Institute/Event registration cancellation requests received more than 90 days prior to the event. Registration cancellation requests received between 30 and 90 prior to the event will result in a 50% refund of the total registration charges. Cancellation requests received less than 30 days prior to the event will not result in a refund. 
  • Virtual events: Full refunds will be processed for all registration cancellation requests received more than 10 days prior to the event. Cancellation requests received less than 10 days prior to the event will not result in a refund. 
  • Substitute registrant: If you are no longer eligible for a refund as per the above policy, you may wish to request to substitute a registrant to attend the Institute/Event in your stead. All such substitution requests must be sent in writing to institutes@corwin.com at least 48 hours prior to the event.
